mason jar centerpiece

I love reworking floral arrangements so while I was disappointed that the big-as-your-face hydrangeas from my easter mixed china tablescape died way too soon, I was also happy to rework them into this sweet mason jar centerpiece.

I bought prearranged floral centerpieces a couple holidays ago from costco that came in these beautiful wooden boxes. I honestly bought the floral arrangements because of these boxes, I just knew I would get so much use out of them in the future.

hydrangeas are probably too large to arrange this tightly, but since I only had one big bloom left, it worked out. I've also seen this look so pretty with just greenery, simple and earthy - and super budget-friendly if you could find it in your backyard!

I really like how the mason jars dictate the arrangement height, it's perfect for a dinner party since the height doesn't interrupt conversation.

    1. Thanks! It's great if you have a big arrangement that has almost died but you still have a few good blooms left - just keep those blooms and stick them in mason jars and voila!
